The mesh enclosure and zippered entrance help reduce the risk of sudden dashes compared with unrestricted roaming. However, it is not guaranteed to be escape-proof. Always inspect the mesh, frame, and zipper before use, and supervise your cat continuously.

Begin indoors with the enclosure stationary and the entrance open. Let your cat investigate voluntarily. Use treats and positive reinforcement, then try short enclosed sessions if your cat remains calm. Allow approximately 7–14 days or longer for gradual adjustment. Never force your cat inside.

No. Some cats may feel uncomfortable or stressed inside a small or moving enclosure. Check that your cat has sufficient room to stand and turn, and stop immediately if they appear frightened or distressed. Do not use it if your cat cannot comfortably fit inside.

Yes. The mesh panels are designed to allow airflow and visibility. However, ventilation does not prevent overheating in hot weather. Avoid high temperatures and direct prolonged sun exposure.

Only use it in a secure, level area well away from edges, drop-offs, stairs, pools, traffic, and other hazards. We do not recommend using a rolling enclosure on an elevated or unsecured balcony.

Start with the enclosure completely stationary. Only consider very gentle movement if your cat has adapted comfortably and shows no signs of stress. Use flat ground and remain nearby. Never push, spin, or force the enclosure to roll.

Its flexible pop-up frame is designed to fold into a more compact shape for storage. Make sure your pet is completely outside the enclosure before folding it, and follow the folding instructions carefully.

No. This product is intended for continuous adult supervision. Do not leave pets unattended inside the enclosure indoors or outdoors.

Remove loose debris and gently spot-clean the mesh with a damp cloth as appropriate. Check the care instructions provided with your product before washing, soaking, or using cleaning products. Allow it to dry completely before folding and storing.
